3 Day Prison Revival Programme
As part of its evangelism activities, the He’s Alive Chapel evangelism team led by Evangelist Azuka Ogo held a three day outreach to Badagry Prison on March 2 – 4, 2015.
The outreach gave opportunity to meet with and minister to prison inmates, the overwhelming majority of whom are youth.
This special event featured prayers, exhortations, songs, Bible Study and presentation of gift items.
Within these three days, a choir of joyous prison inmates was formed under the guidance of Emmanuel Ben-Enoch. Remarkably, two inmates who participated in the outreach were discharged on the last day of the outreach programme
Badagry prison is located in Badagry town, in the western part of Lagos state, Nigeria. It can be best described as a holding facility for young offenders.
