Theme: GOD REWARDS SOUL WINNERS
The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life,and he who wins souls is wise (Proverbs 11:30)
Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever (Daniel 12:3)
In Mathew 4:16 our Lord Jesus Christ came to fulfill that which was spoken through the prophet Isaiah; the people living in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of shadow of death a light has dawned. In verse 17, from that time on Jesus began to preach: Repent For The Kingdom Of Heaven Is Near.
GOD’S COMMAND TO ALL BELIEVERS
Go into the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned (Mark 16:15-16)
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age (Matthew 28:19-20)
PRAYER: May the Holy Ghost come upon us, so we can receive power to be witnesses, here and to the uttermost parts of the earth in Jesus name! (Acts 1:8)
WHO CAN WIN SOULS?
1. Born Again Christians
The best witness for Christ, and the best candidate for Soul-winning is the person who is BORN-AGAIN. A witness is someone who has first hand knowledge and information about something. A born again Christian is the genuine witness for Christ: Jesus answered and said unto him, verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be BORN AGAIN, he cannot see the Kingdom of GOD (John 3: 3) .
2. Prayerful Christians
To get desired results in Soul- winning, you must pray. We need to pray for ourselves, pray for other soul-winners, pray for the lost, and pray for the strategy to present the gospel on any given day. The Lord Jesus Christ taught us to pray for Soul-winners to be sent to the Lost Souls. WE MUST PRAY EARNESTLY AND FERVENTLY, so that we become effective in whatever position we find ourselves: Pray ye therefore the LORD of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into his harvest (Matthew 9:38)
3. Patriotic Christians
Most of our personal, family and national problems will be solved when everyone claims JESUS as the Answer. More importantly,we do not want our countrymen, women and children to go to hell when they die. So, we must win souls. Beginning in our Cities,in our States,in other States, and in other Countries. The Apostle Paul said: Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is, that they might be saved (Romans 10:1)
