Pastor Chuma Isidienu, Director of Missions, He’s Alive Chapel
The enthusiastically awaited visit of the Pastoral Team from He’s Alive Chapel Headquarters Lagos, Nigeria to the Mission Churches in Cote D’Ivoire began on 31 October 2013.
The team: Pastor Mrs Yide Ukachi, wife of the General Overseer, Evangelist Azuka Ogo, and Pastor Chuma Isidienu arrived the Houphouet-Boigny International Abidjan, at exactly 10.40am (Ivoirien Time) to a grand reception of church members. Shouts of AKWAABA! rented the air as the faithfuls sang Glory to the Almighty God, and presented the visitors with beautiful bouquets, demonstrating the rich cultural hospitality of the Ivoiriens.
Since 1998, He’s Alive Chapel has undertaken Mission Work and Evangelism in Francophone West African nations. The church has been established in Togo, Burkina Faso, and Cote D’Ivoire.
Pastor Yide is in Cote D’Ivoire with the Pastoral Team to encourage the church (brethren), recently regrouped after the war in the nation. Also, she will be counselling the women for better marriage, homes and walk with God, believing that the role of women in nation building cannot be overstated, more so, women who fear God.
The visit will continue till the 6th of November, ministering in prayers, counselling and bringing the word of God to the world that is in great need of Good News.
Where you find God, you find Love
