Pastor Austen UkachiTo Walk in Divine Blessings is simply to live our lives in the normal way God ordained.  When God created Adam and Eve, the first thing He did was to pronounce blessings on them. His blessings on them carried a fivefold commission; to be fruitful, to multiply, to fill the earth, to subdue and have dominion over the earth. I believe that God wanted the blessings of man to follow  the same order in which they were pronounced. This was the order of Divine Blessing and mandate on Adam. It is a blessing that is to affect all the areas of man’s endeavour and activities. Man’s labour on the earth is to be driven and supported by God’s blessings that would lead him to life of fulfillment, resourcefulness, enterprise, creativity, success and prosperity. It is one thing for a man to be blessed by God, but another thing to walk in and retain the blessings. History shows that men have been blessed by God, only to live lives inconsistent with the blessings. Others have been blessed  only to worship the blessing rather than the giver of Blessings. To walk in Divine Blessings, we must lead lives that are consistent with the scriptures and that are pleasing to God.

Walking in Divine Blessings requires the ordering of our lives according to the commandments, principles and standard of the word of God. As we obey His words, and live the way He wants us to live, His blessings will automatically follow.

Austen Ukachi, Senior Pastor He’s Alive Chapel
